WeBuilder is a fast, intelligent and powerful all-in-one code editor for web developers. Clean interface, quick startup, superb flexibility and powerful features make creating and managing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Ruby, Python, ASP, SSI and Perl code an easier task, while integrated tools let you validate, format, reuse, navigate and deploy your code quickly and efficiently

    Do I really need WeBuilder?

If you're looking for HTML + CSS + JavaScript + PHP + MySQL editor, RapidPHP is just fine and perhaps best option for you. RapidPHP also supports many popular JavaScript and PHP Frameworks (including WordPress). Once the Framework is selected for your project, the entire range of functions and action-hooks are made available to you at Intellisense Code suggestions.

If you want to go beyond PHP based Web Programming and want to have Ruby, Python, ASP and ASP.Net code editing features, that's the only case when you will need WeBuilder.

Check this page to compare their Product Line; this may help you pick the right editor for your coding works.

Not really. It's a false positive. Turn off your Firewall or protect your environment by using some virtualisation tool.
