    I love VueJS and Angular but being an asp dev, I'm excited when i found out about this one.

    Hope so, but Microsoft isn't the messiah i always hope it to be. look at CPP-REST-SDK!

    Yeah. Let's hope this project will never be abandoned. Is cpprest no longer in active development?

    Yes. Awesome indeed. They'll planning to release it together with net core 3.0 maybe next year.

    Too bad I'll need something sooner, so I'll have to learn something-script. Maybe TypeScript will do, I heard it's easier to learn

    You still need to be familiar with javascript if you wanna learn typescript though..

    I guess your best bet for now is angular 7 and typescript.

    is Blazor a Microsoft thing now? thought it was opensource for quite a while.. it didnt even start off as a webassembly thing

    here's hoping it wont get the Embrace, extend, and extinguish treatment
    i'm still not sold on the whole mixing client-side/server-side thing into one solution
