You could try to ping google dns from a dos prompt:
    Code:
    ping 8.8.8.8
You should get an output like this if your ip stack is working properly:
    Code:
Pinging 8.8.8.8 with 32 bytes of data:
    Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=5ms TTL=53
    Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=5ms TTL=53
    Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=11ms TTL=53
    Reply from 8.8.8.8: bytes=32 time=9ms TTL=53

    Ping statistics for 8.8.8.8:
        Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
        Minimum = 5ms, Maximum = 11ms, Average = 7ms

if you are 100% sure you are connected to the router then it is a router problem. What model/brand you have ?

just make sure you are connected to the router :

    Code:
    ping 192.168.0.1

Are you using a router? Could you try resetting/restarting the router itself?

This is a settings problem. Most likely in your PC.
"Connected" means nothing more than that there is a connection between your PC and the router. It does not say much about connected to the internet.
First of all I would check the configuration of Windows 10 (Network config). Make sure you PC has a IP-address with the right subnet. (192.168.0.24/255.255.255.0 does not communicate with 192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0). The IP-address of your PC should be in the right subnet and in the range which is provided by your router. Assumed you router has IP 192.168.0.1 then you should be able to open de web-interface of the router by typing this IP in your browser.
If that is all OK then check your router if maybee this IP-address is blocked for outgoing connection.
I assume that other PC's in your network are working ok.
