HOW TO START VISUAL STUDIO 2019 QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE

    1) Disable The Visual Studio 2019's splash screen

The Visual Studio 2019's splash screen is pretty cool and attractive, but sometime you don't want to see it every time when you open VS2019

To disable(hide), Right Click on VS2019 shortcut -> Select Property -> Add /nosplash argument in the end of Target value

    Ex: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe" /nosplash

    2) Disable the new open solution/project dialog

If you're not familiar with the new Open sln/project file dialog of VS2019, and you want to open it as your last previous version of VS(2017/2015) IDE

To disable/hide it, Select TOOLs -> Options -> Select Empty environment in drop down list of On startup, open section in Environment -> Start up menu

    That's all, Happy coding!

Same concepts could be applied to VS2017.
